Who we are, and how to check us.
TinyPhi puts routine checking on software, one workflow at a time, for the people who keep infrastructure, plants and financial institutions running. Software does the routine checking. Your people do the deciding. We also build workflow and maintenance software: OpenWind and AssetFlow.
Why TinyPhi exists.
We keep seeing the same split in rail and transport, in power, in heavy manufacturing, and in the firms that supply them. The asset is bought, logged and assigned in software. Then it is inspected, scheduled and reported on paper or in spreadsheets.
That is where skilled people lose hours: matching one record against another, ticking a checklist, chasing a signature. The work is routine, and it still needs doing carefully.
We have no legacy product to protect and no licences to resell. So we can recommend what's best technically and financially, including plain automation with no AI in it.
Four promises that cost us something.
We say no early.
If a rule or a script does the job better than an AI model, we say so, even if it costs us the work. The day-7 stop exists to end engagements, not to start them.
We carry risk in the contract.
Fixed price. A bar agreed in writing. The 70% balance is due only if we hit it.
We don't hold your data.
In a Proof, everything runs on your systems, reading your sources but never changing them. The models, test sets, instructions and documents are yours when we leave.
We tell you when the hosted model wins.
If a leading hosted AI model beats the alternatives on your data, the report says so and recommends it. Our fee doesn't depend on you buying a model from us.
