Showing your working to someone who audits you is a job for software.
You deliver for a larger operator and have to prove it. We put the routine checks on software that runs on your systems, so every check and decision leaves a record, without hiring a back office to keep it.
If proving it takes longer than doing it…
The operator you deliver for asks you to prove that every job met their rules.
The work is done and the proof is a month of pulling sheets together, by hand.
When each check leaves a record as it happens, the proof already exists when the auditor asks. You do not need a back office to assemble it.
See what an auditor gets.
Each check and decision leaves a record: what was checked, against which rule, and who decided. This is an invented example of one.
The delivery.
A batch, a job sheet, a certificate: whatever you hand to the operator.
The operator's rule.
Their written requirement, with its version, so you can show which one applied on the day.
A named person.
Cleared by the check, or decided by someone on your team, with the date.
What the 30 days look like.
A Proof shows you on your own data: one workflow, run for 30 days beside your current process, for a fixed price. Nothing you run today is switched off.
Pick the workflow.
We scope one workflow with you and agree in writing, on day 5, what it has to get right for you to keep it.
Test it on your own data.
Up to three candidate AI models and one leading hosted model do the same checking on your past delivery paperwork, on your systems, which we can read but never change. Where the operator's rule is a plain test, a rule does it. If a simple rule does the job, we'll use a rule.
Take the evidence to your leadership.
You get a working workflow, a comparison you can rerun, and a pack showing how it meets the rules in one country or region.
You keep what we built either way.
The data, the rules, the tests and the documents stay yours. The exact terms are at the bottom of this page.
Straight answers.
- "Does this make us look compliant, or make us compliant?"
- Neither on its own. It checks your work against the written rules you give it and keeps the record. Whether those rules satisfy your customer is for you and them to agree; the Proof pack shows how the workflow meets the rules for one country or region, a map and not legal advice.
- "Our paperwork is on paper."
- Most suppliers' is. We start with what is already captured: spreadsheets, scanned sheets, emailed certificates. If part of it exists only on paper, we tell you on the first call whether getting it readable fits in 30 days.
- "We don't want AI. Just automate this."
- We'll take that brief. If a simple rule does the job, we'll use a rule and tell you so. Checking a date or a signature is a rule. A model only reads what rules cannot, and its work is tested first on your own past records.
- "Will my people push back?"
- They stay the ones who decide. The records they used to write up by hand now write themselves, and they only look at the cases that need them.

A 30-minute call and six questions. You get green, amber or red, and if it's red we say so and tell you why.
