One workflow. Thirty days. A fixed price, and you keep what we built.

The routine checks of one workflow, on software that runs on your systems, tested on your own data before you commit to anything bigger. Your people get the exceptions and every check leaves a record.

From $30K, fixed scope.Live in 30 days, or you don't pay the balance.

30% at kickoff, 70% only if the bar we agree on day 5 is hit. Terms are set out in each statement of work. Exact terms

How it works

Three steps. Thirty days.

A thirty-slide strategy tells you what might work. A Proof shows you on your own data: one workflow, run for 30 days beside your current process, for a fixed price.

Week 1

Pick the workflow.

We scope one workflow with you and agree in writing, on day 5, what it has to get right for you to keep it.

Gate on day 7: if we don't believe we can hit it, we say so and stop. You owe nothing more.
Weeks 2-3

Test it on your own data.

Up to three candidate AI models and one leading hosted model do the same task on your records, on your systems, which we can read but never change. If a simple rule does the job, we'll use a rule.

Week 4

Take the evidence to your leadership.

You get a working workflow, a comparison you can rerun, and a pack showing how it meets the rules in one country or region.

The boundary

A fixed price needs a fixed scope.

  • 1 workflow, end to end
  • Up to 3 of your data sources, which we can read but never change
  • Up to 3 AI models tested against 1 leading hosted model
  • Runs on your systems
  • One country or region's rules mapped to your workflow
  • English + 1 other language
  • Up to 25 pilot users
  • No write-back into your systems

The hosted model is used only where your data policy allows it. "Your systems" means your cloud account, a private GPU cloud you control, or servers you provide on a standard network.

Need more?

Up to two extensions, each priced in the statement of work before you sign:

  • a second workflow, tested in parallel;
  • a full on-premises or air-gapped install on your hardware;
  • write-back into one core system;
  • rules for another country or region;
  • another language.

Anything beyond two extensions is a larger engagement, scoped separately.

What we need from you.

  • A named data owner.
  • Someone who knows the work, for about four hours a week.
  • Access to your environment, and sign-off on the test set by day 5.

If access slips, the 30-day clock pauses.

The terms.

Live in 30 days, or you don't pay the balance. 30% at kickoff, 70% only if the bar we agree on day 5 is hit. Terms are set out in each statement of work.

  • Day 7: if we don't believe we can hit it, we say so and stop. You owe nothing more.
  • The clock pauses if access slips.
  • You keep the data, the rules, the tests and the documents; nothing is locked to us.

What you keep.

  • The workflow, written down and running on your systems.
  • The rules, versioned and approved by your team.
  • The records: every check and decision from the Proof, with the rule and version it used.
  • The test set: past records your team signed off, which every candidate was measured on.
  • The comparison: how each candidate did against the bar from day 5.
  • The evidence pack: the records and test results, traced to your own rules, plus a pack showing how the workflow meets the rules in one country or region. Mapping to industry or safety standards isn't included unless we scope it.
  • A three-year cost and exit map: what it costs to run, and how to leave every dependency.
  • A short briefing for your board or leadership.

You keep the data, the rules, the tests and the documents; nothing is locked to us. The models, test sets, instructions and documents are yours when we leave. In a Proof everything runs on your systems and we never hold your data. The one exception is a comparison against an outside hosted model, and only where your data policy allows it.

Who this is for

Start from the check you do all day.

Is this a Proof?

Six questions on the first call.

You get green, amber or red. If it's red, we say so and tell you why.

  1. Can you name the single workflow?
  2. Can the data be exported within a week?
  3. Who owns the data and can say yes?
  4. Where will it run?
  5. Who reads the evidence: a regulator, an auditor, your board, or a client who audits you?
  6. Does it need to write back into a core system?
  • Green

All clear. A standard Proof; we start the clock.

  • Amber

One or two answers need an extension. A Proof plus named extensions, quoted on the call.

  • Red

Anything else. A larger, scoped engagement, or not yet. We'll tell you why.

Straight answers

What people ask before they start.

Can this go through our procurement?
A Proof is a fixed-price statement of work with written scope, deliverables and acceptance: the bar. Tell us on the first call what your procurement needs, such as vendor registration, a security questionnaire or a data-processing agreement, and we'll say plainly what we can provide.
What do we have if we stop working together?
It all runs on your systems, and you keep what we built: the data, the test set, the instructions, any models and the documents, including the written workflow and rules.
"Just automate this. We don't want AI."
We'll take that brief. If a simple rule does the job, we'll use a rule and tell you so. Where rules fall short, such as reading free-text notes, a model does that part, tested first on your own past records, and your team reviews what it flags.
"Why touch something that works?"
You don't have to. We start beside it, and the old way keeps running until your team chooses otherwise.
"Will AI kill my business tomorrow?"
Not if you start small and learn on your own work: one workflow, on rules your team approved. You find out what it can and can't do for you from your own records, not from headlines.
"Will my people push back?"
They stay the ones who decide. They get only the cases that need them, and they switch when they trust it.
"Our inspections are on paper. Where do you start?"
With what's already captured: registers, spreadsheets, scanned sheets. In a Proof we read those, and never change them. If the records exist only on paper, the first job is getting them into a form software can read, and we'll tell you on the first call whether that fits in 30 days.
"Can't our team just use a chat assistant?"
It helps one person write faster. It doesn't check work against your rules or record who decided what, so someone still has to check everything it produces.

After day 30.

Production launch

More teams, more connections to your systems, write-back, security review, runbooks. Priced from the scope the Proof shows us.

Run & govern

We keep it healthy: we watch for regressions and keep the evidence current. On the top plan, a re-test each quarter tells you when a better model is worth switching to.
