Who we are

TinyPhi, India. You can reach us at hello@tinyphi.com. We decide why and how the personal information described here is used.

What we collect, and why

• What you send us. If you email us, or use the contact page to prepare an email, we receive your name, work email, organisation, role, sector, region and whatever you write. We use it only to reply, to scope a conversation you asked for, and to keep a record of it.
• The Exit-Risk Score. The quiz runs entirely in your browser. Your answers aren't sent to us unless you choose to book a readout, in which case your score and answers are included in the email you send.
• Your theme choice. We store your light/dark choice in your browser. It is never sent to us.
• The demo. The demo runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you do in it is sent to us or stored after you leave the page. The receipts download is created on your device.
• Website analytics. We don't currently run analytics or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics, we'll say so here.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard connection data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

What this site doesn't do

The pages on this site load their scripts and fonts from our own domain. They don't call third-party trackers, advertising networks or social-media widgets.

Who sees it

Our team, and our email provider, which holds the messages you send us. We don't sell personal information. We share it with others only if you ask us to, or the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to respond to you and keep a record of our conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. Email hello@tinyphi.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will respond promptly.

Children

This site is for professionals and isn't aimed at children.

Changes

If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top. If we change what we collect in a way that matters to you, we'll say so on this page first.
