Asset Lifecycle Management software.
AssetFlow is a platform for asset management and tracking its maintenance through stages.
What it's designed to do.
Requests and triage.
A request is accepted into a work order, or rejected with a reason.
Work orders.
States you configure. Each move needs permission and leaves a record.
Preventive schedules.
Driven by the calendar or by meter readings (hours, km, cycles). The same due date never creates two work orders.
Checklists with limits.
Pass, fail, and readings with upper and lower limits. A failed critical item raises a corrective work order.
Time limits.
Targets per priority on your working calendar. Warnings and breaches go to team leads and managers.
Custody and QR labels.
Who holds what, with acknowledgements and printable labels.
Your industry's words. "Depot", "inspection" and "rake" are display labels, not code.
One asset, on one page.
This is how we are designing the page for a single asset, drawn in blocks. It is a design sketch with invented data. The modules behind it are not built yet.

The demo.
The demo on this site uses AssetFlow's field names. AssetFlow doesn't run it.
